Our Commitment

Joy Moy® Skincare wants everyone to be able to shop and learn on this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we test the site against those guidelines with automated tools and manual keyboard checks.

What We've Done

Measures on this site include: full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a "Skip to content" link, text descriptions for product, ingredient and press images, sufficient color contrast, support for pinch-to-zoom and text resizing, carousels that never move on their own and can be operated by keyboard, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of checkout come from payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We don't control their code, but we choose providers that support accessibility, monitor them, and report problems to them.
